How to Apply

The GRE is no longer required for any of our graduate programs.

First, complete the application intent form once you are ready to begin the application process. Secondly, after you have indicated your interest in the program and semester, start your UF graduate application. Then send over your transcripts so you can be considered for the program. Finally, if applicable, make sure you send in all test scores (such as TOEFL) so your application can be processed.

We understand that navigating multiple options can be complex. If you would like to request a change to your concentration or program, please contact our office at ahc-dess@ufl.edu to update your application.

Readmission

If you have not attended classes as a certificate or master’s student for two consecutive terms or more (excluding summer term), you must submit a new application for the program.

Note: If you are nearing completion of your bachelor’s degree, you may apply for admission to the online graduate program before your degree is officially conferred. If admitted, your bachelor’s degree must be conferred prior to the first day of classes in your term of admission.  Additionally, you must submit original, official transcripts noting the award of your bachelor’s degree to the University of Florida Office of Admissions no later than the start of registration for your second semester.
